Due to the carrier delays due to COVID-19 and an overwhelming increase in sales of solar generators there may be some delays in fulfillment along with carrier shipping delays.

Return Policy
All sales are final due to all units are CUSTOM BUILT. We will only accept returns for an item damaged in transit. You must contact us within 3 days, if you receive your item in a damaged condition. Call us at 980-277-1495 or email us at powerxgenerators@gmail.com.
You MUST receive an approval from us to return the item. You will be responsible for shipping the damaged item back to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will send out a replacement.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Power X Generators is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
Upon inquiry, Power X Generators will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information.
